so sorry friends .....haven't got the right time to write something good in the entire week....God!!!!! so much of gyan in one week wouldn't have been possible had i not got the company of some new friends...in my new office....The NEW office is spectacular...even better then the my last organization"s office(HSBC)....
one thing that i would like to share with u ...is the joy of making new friends....suddenly u start looking at the world and say....HERE I AM COMING ....TO KISS THE WORLD....we often make friends whom we think can understand whatever we speak, share, behave ...and all that. but it hardly happens that ....we get our friends the way we want.....and things become worse if u don't or they don't understand each other ....!!!!....but but but but
......this time i think i got some people who think in the same frequency as i do......with that i like to give u THE UGLY TRUTH OF good friendship...
1.NO MONEYTARY BIBLIBOOOO
2.SAY IN THE FACE ANYTHING U DON'T LIKE ABOUT HIM
3.THE MOMENT U FEEL THAT (ABOUT UR FRIEND)..."WHAT THE HELL YAAR?"...boss ur in the wrong company....OK? ..chalo now i need to move out ..'coz...have some office work......see u later...SAYO NARA,,,

sundays
When i was young (.... well that doesn't at all mean that i am not young anymore), i remember spending my sundays in a very different way. Perhaps some of you would identify with what i am going to tell you and someone won't and those someone would be those who has born in big cities.
A typical sunday would start late.....late in the sense that we all in the family would get up late.....sunday was the official day to get up late ,otherwise it's early morning 4 am.The late here i am talking about is 7 am not later then that......i know i know it is still early morning for the city people.....anyways.....so
where i was ...yeah the sunday....after we get up ...cleaning session would start normally....cleaning of our beds to school uniform....mom would be in the kitchen and dad would be in the vegetable garden .At that time around there was no cable TV...so we didn't have the luxury to change the channels and watch all the shows . All week days we used to wait desperately for the sunday to come...u know why? because that was the only day when we can watch "something good" in the doordarhan apart from the KRISHI DARSHAN. From 7 am Rongoli through 9 am Chandrakanta till the evening 4 pm Hindi movie the programs were endless. Well sundays were not special only because we got to watch the TV but also for the food that dad used to cook for us.....i just can't forget them....i am not saying that it doesn't happen now but i am no longer a part of it. sad thing.

pictures says a lot
Just near the place where i live currently there is a famous weekly market......i had a walk today there...normally i don't get time for this ...but today somehow got time.......one thing i notice today ...it is kind of disturbing my mind.....u know i found today that delhi has more lakhpatis and crorepaties than what i thought. any how one more thing i notice today that no matter how big we are ( i am talking abt money....) but we find the happiest moment of our life in small things...u know fighting with the chatwallas for the extra papddies, buying kulfi faluda standing in that never ending Q, those golgappes, dahi bhalla chat..etc....some how we all had forget about these things , start going to the so-called KFC/PIZZA HUT/..We take care of giving the pizza delivery boys a warm smile everytime gives us the earth costing pizzas. Perhaps we all want to thank him for bringing safely the pizzas for which we paid the earth...or perhaps we thank him for safe guarding our money...whatsoever may be the reason ....my point is ...we hardly say "thank u" to the chanawallas, thelawallas , golgappewallas who give the nice spicy food at 1/20th times the pizza or KFC Chichen(though i just love them...but that's a different story for some other day..).....All those beutiful women who came to the market today brought there servants along( i mean those small kids ) with them...i don't know for what reason ,,but they have., and i made out that....well obviously by the stuffs they were wearing. The difference between the cloths that the owner and the servant is wearing even a blind can also see. For god's sake give them something good....u can spend thousand in the pizzas but not even a good t-shirt for the small boy wash ur dirty cloths without saying a word...remember they are servant by luck and situation not by choice......
the family man....
The more i think that i am a strong individual and doesn't require any support from any one for anything ,the more i realise that i am no one without my family......u might not need anyone to be a part of your happy moments..but , u certainly need someone to share your pain....who can better fill the place of "someone" except the people who have been watching you, caring you, sharing your joy and sorrows since you have opened your eyes......someone somewhere someday told that after you close the doors of your home . people inside are the ones who will hold your hand everytime you fail to take a step in your journey from dark to light....well you people must be thinking by now that ....oh god ! again a philosopher......but ...hey u ....yeah yeah u...... who is reading this ....these are not philosophy....i too like you hate philosophy and the "er" after that. But these all things are as important as brushing your teeth every morning......perhaps everyone knows all these and i am the last one who is thinking all these....but i realise of importance of having the family besides u after i went home after 2 long years......
I was working with HSBC the in year 2008-2009.It was my first job after my college.....i was excited ...6 months passed by....but as the days were passing i started loosing my interest for the job.....i was not at all aware of the reasons for this. But the work pressure has forced me to give a serious thought for the reasons. The reason i found was my weekend. weekend? No i am serious.yeah it was my weekend. I was not able to use my weekend completely. When u have hell lot of pressure in office , only two days off, and continuously disaster weekend , u would also loose your interest for the job. U need at least one person back home to share what happened to you in the office, your achievement, your failure and all that. Because it gives u relaxation and u can go back to office with a fresh mind.Perhaps that's why the work-life balance is a buzz word around now a days
Now at this moment , when i am about to join my next organization, i have decided that at this time around i will find a hobby to relax, use my weekend fully and most importantly spend quality time with my family. This is my advice to all those who have joined or about to join any organization....guys give yourself some time!afterall it's your life!!!!!!
enough of gyan today see u next time.......
